About USA Public Records
What we do
USA Public Records is an independent service run by USA Public Records. It brings public record information from public and licensed private sources into one readable report. You search for a phone number, a name, an address or a vehicle; we look in our sources and show you what they hold.
USA Public Records is not a government agency and not a consumer reporting agency. It does not hand out official documents.
Understanding your report
A report shows what our sources hold at the time of your search. The records are gathered by others, so a report can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and it can include a different person with a similar name. Searching for a person does not mean a record about that person exists.
Reports may not be used to decide on credit, employment, insurance or tenant screening, or for any other purpose the Fair Credit Reporting Act governs.
Billing
Today you pay $36: a one-off access fee of $1 and the first payment of $35. After that, $35 is charged every 30 days, 12 payments in all. Each payment makes 35 reports available for its 30-day period; reports you do not use do not pass to the next period.
If your first search finds no record, you are not charged. To close your account and end the payments, use usapublicrecords.org or write to [email protected].
