Search New Jersey records
Our data is licensed from established providers that gather records from public and independent sources. We bring related records from many databases into one format and link them together, so that you receive a single combined report. We are no government office and we hand out no official papers. We are an independent data service that opens public record information to the public.
The plan works out at $1 a report for up to 840 reports, paid as 24 payments of $35, one every 30 days across two years, with 35 reports available in each 30-day period. To close your account, use usapublicrecords.org or write to [email protected]. Once the account is closed, no further payments are taken.
Permitted use & accuracy statement
Neither this service nor anything it returns may be used to decide matters of consumer credit, employment, insurance or tenant screening, or for any other purpose the FCRA governs. Looking a person up does not suggest that a record about them exists, and it is no promise that a given piece of information will show in a report. Since the data is gathered from several sources, records can be partial, out of date or incorrect.
Bundle price & access to data
Public record information reaches us from a mix of public and independent data providers, and many of them charge to be consulted. To hold the cost of a single report down, we sell access as a bundle instead of one report at a time. That lets us offer up to 840 reports for $840 in total, collected as $35 every 30 days across two years, with a $1 access fee on top. 35 reports are available in each 30-day period, and unused ones do not pass to the next. You can stop the payments by writing to [email protected] or closing your account on usapublicrecords.org. Pricing it this way covers what the data costs us while keeping the service within reach.

Questions people often ask
About price, coverage and where our reports come from.
What if no record is found for my search?
Then you pay nothing. We check that a record exists before your card is charged, and a later search that finds nothing does not use up one of your reports. If a report is missing what you were after, reach us at [email protected].
Does the government run this website?
No. It is an independent service that brings together public record information from public and private data sources. It has no connection with any government agency.
Are you a credit reporting agency?
No. We are not a consumer reporting agency and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) does not govern us. The service must not be used for decisions on credit, employment, insurance or tenant screening, or for any other purpose the FCRA regulates.
What kind of records can I expect?
Reports can include a range of public record information, such as contact details, property records, tax data, deed records, county filings and related public documents, depending on what our sources hold.
Why choose USA Public Records?
We license data from established providers who assemble records from a wide range of public and independent sources around the country. Our system brings the formats into line, takes out duplicates and connects related records, which lets us deliver orderly, readable reports that save you time and make public information simpler to reach.
Are public records covered in every state?
Yes, across the United States, although how much detail is on hand and what kind depends on the state and the county.
How much time does a lookup need?
Most reports are produced within minutes and can be read online as soon as processing has finished.
Does searching a name mean a court record exists?
No. A name search is no promise that court records exist for that person, or that any will show in the finished report.
Do you guarantee that the data is accurate?
No. The information is gathered from several outside sources, so we cannot promise that every record is complete, current or free of mistakes.
How do I opt out under Daniel's Law?
If Daniel's Law covers you and you want your information removed, use the Remove my info page, or write to us at [email protected] with your full name, your city and state, and the record you want removed. We use these details only to handle your request.
How do I close my account?
To close your account and end the payments, use usapublicrecords.org or write to [email protected].
You may not use this service, or the information it supplies, for decisions concerning consumer credit, employment, insurance or tenant screening, or for any other purpose that would call for FCRA compliance. Running a search is no guarantee that a record exists for the person searched or that a report will contain it. As mistakes arise in every data source, some records may be inaccurate or no longer current.
